Under EN 149:2001 + A1:2009, FFP3 respirators must pass rigorous total inward-leakage testing on 10 different wearers to verify a secure, reliable seal across a range of face shapes—at the strictest leakage limits in the standard. RZ Pro FFP3 Filtration
FFP3 is Europe’s highest respiratory protection standard under EN 149:2001 + A1:2009, requiring a minimum 99% filtration efficiency against airborne particulates. The RZ Pro FFP3 Mask meets this rigorous benchmark, delivering high-level protection for extremely fine dusts and aerosols—down to 0.3 microns, a particle size widely used for worst-case filtration testing. To put that in perspective, a human hair is roughly 50–100 microns in diameter, so 0.3-micron particles are about 200–300× smaller than a single hair. In short, the RZ Pro FFP3 is engineered to stop particles far finer than what the eye can see—so you get maximum certified protection without sacrificing comfort or breathability.
