The Stallion “F1” Sliding Panel Saw takes commercial woodworking to the next level of production machinery. The F1 is a premium industrial sliding table saw engineered for professional cabinet shops, architectural millwork, and production woodworking environments where precision, power, and efficiency are essential. Combining heavy-duty construction with advanced push button servo-controlled automation, the F1 delivers exceptional cutting accuracy, effortless operation, and the durability required for demanding daily use.
The F1 features an Overhead SMART Digital Controller, which electronically sets the blade height, blade angle, and rip fence position for fast, repeatable setup and minimal operator effort. With a push of a button the operator can start/stop both saw blades independently, raise/lower the saw blade, tilt the saw blades and move the fence system to precision settings and measurements.
Saw blade tilting from 0° to 45° is controlled by a 750W Delta servo motor with a heavy-duty ballscrew system, while the massive cast iron trunnion system delivers outstanding rigidity and vibration-free performance. Main saw blade elevation is driven by a 400W Delta servo motor, while the rip fence positioning is powered by an additional 400W Delta servo motor and ballscrew system, providing smooth, extremely accurate and repeatable accurate adjustments every time.
At the heart of the machine is a powerful 7.5 HP, 220 Volt, Three Phase main motor paired with a 1 HP scoring motor, providing clean, chip-free cuts in melamine, plywood, MDF, hardwoods, and composite materials. The saw accepts 12″ to 16″ diameter main blades with a 30mm bore and dual 10mm pin holes, along with a 120mm x 20mm scoring blade. Three selectable main blade speeds of 3000, 4000, and 5000 RPM allow the saw to be optimized for different blade sizes and materials, while the 8000 RPM scoring blade ensures flawless finishes on laminated panels with a 16” blade the saw is capable of cutting material up to 4-15/16″ thick.
The heavy-duty 3200mm x 430mm aluminum sliding table offers a generous 126″ cutting stroke, allowing effortless handling of full-size sheet goods with exceptional accuracy. A robust outrigger support stabilizes large panels during cutting, while the crosscut fence features three flip stops with ELGO digital readouts for fast, repeatable dimensioning. Additional conveniences include an eccentric hold-down clamp for securing workpieces and a push bar for smooth operation of the sliding table.
The Euro-style swing-away transparent blade guard provides excellent visibility while incorporating an 80mm dust port for effective dust extraction. There are two detachable sides of the guard, one for 90 degree cutting and a second for angled cutting to allow the blade tilt.
A 4″ main dust inlet leads to an enclosed cavity around the sawblades to further enhance dust collection to help maintain a cleaner work environment.
The Stallion F1 includes large side and rear metal extension tables for improved workpiece support during oversized cuts. Premium CSA-certified Siemens and Schneider electrical components ensure dependable performance and long-term reliability. Completing the machine is integrated LED under glow lighting, which automatically illuminates when the saw is operating, adding both safety and a distinctive modern appearance.
