Jorgensen Tools has designed an all-new line of bench planes using premium materials and workmanship. They are also internally stress relived by soaking them at high temperatures and cooling slowly over 48 hours to ensure the castings stay true over time. The planes are ready to use right out of the box with a flat tolerance of under 0.005″. The blades are thicker and stronger than most at 3mm thickness heavy gauge O1 cold stamped steel.
