Description
The CMT Orange Tool brand is known throughout the world’s woodworking community as the premium brand of woodworking cutting tools. CMT Industrial PTFE-coated carbide saw blades represent a great choice for the wood shop looking for high quality, precision performance in their sawing equipment. These full kerf blades feature a laser-cut heavy-gauge plate made of German Steel (46-48 Rockwell in hardness) to guarantee great cutting performance. The teeth are made of micro-grain carbide brazed to the blade body through a special tri-metal metallic bond (copper-silver-copper) to last longer and deliver smoother cuts. In addition, these blades feature expansion slots to reduce noise with an anti-vibration design. The Non-Stick PTFE Coating keeps the blade running cool, reduces pitch build-up and protects against corrosion.
The 210 series of carbide saw blades are the ultimate in finish blades for perfectly clean cuts top and bottom on two sided melamine products. Also amazing on miter saws for extremely fine cuts on delicate trim cuts! CMT puts a 40 degree top bevel tooth angle, alternating on each tooth on its blades to provide flawless sheer action cutting. This amazing blade series has been providing exceptional performance to woodworkers for over 20 years. We stock this blade in 8”, 10” and 12” diameters for use on table saws and miter saws.
