Description

Single Stage dust collection has been part of the woodworking industry for many decades. It does not seem to matter where they are made, or by who….all have been built with similar features and performance. While cyclonic dust collection has gained traction in the last decade and can offer some unique advantages at a much higher investment, there is still a very large market segment where single stage dust collection, just makes sense.

Power:

At the heart of the two CWI-DCP300 models is a TEFC industrial-duty 3 HP motor (13.7 amp, 220 volt), producing an impressive 2000 CFM of airflow while operating at a quiet 80 decibels. A precision spin-balanced 12” steel impeller, fully shielded from dust, ensures smooth, reliable operation and long-lasting durability.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the reversible motor and dust inlet allow you to easily configure the dust hose direction (up or down) to suit your workspace. The unit connects via a 6” main dust inlet and includes a 3x 4” adaptor for expanded compatibility.

If adding ducting to your HR Series, the dust Inlet can be assembled with the 6” dust inlet pointing to the ceiling to allow ducting to travel straight up without curves or bends. If the unit is to be utilized in a portable version then the inlet can point up or down during assembly depending on the wants of the operator.

Filtration:

Where the HR series dust collection really shines is in both filtration and convenience. Available in two options, the CWI-DCP300-R is equipped with two cloth 2-micron upper filter bags which captures 100% of particles at 2 micron and larger, helping maintain cleaner air around the shop. For even finer filtration, the CWI-DCP300-HR offers two 20” diameter X 24” tall HEPA H13 canister filters to provide collection of 99.97% of all particles larger than .33 of a micron. The reusable cloth lower collection bags include a convenient viewing window and offers a generous 153-litre x 2 dust capacity, reducing downtime for emptying.

Remote Control:

Adding to its ease of use, the HR Series includes remote control operation, allowing you to start or stop the unit from anywhere in your shop. A built-in runtime timer function lets you set the collector to run for a specified duration—perfect for clearing residual airborne dust after you’ve finished working.
