Fisch wave cutter Forstner bits are forged and CNC machined for durability and precision. The patented wave cutter scalloped outside edge is a big improvement over standard Forstner bits. Its unique slicing effect helps to cut super smooth holes while reducing heat for long tool life. Combined with the center point, the wave cutter edge makes it significantly easier to drill smooth, true holes using a cordless or corded portable drill. It even helps reduce walking. Like all Forstner bits, Fisch wave cutter bits cut clean, flat-bottomed holes in hard and soft woods.
