This extraordinarily high quality, handcrafted Hornbeam hardwood mallet by PFEIL fits comfortably in the hand giving great control for more aggressive carving. These extremely comfortable to use mallets are turned from a single piece of wood and then sanded smooth to be used by master carvers and apprentices throughout the world. The mallets are stocked in three sizes with head diameter’s of 70mm, 80mm and 90mm with an overall length of 280mm to 300mm.
