The all-new DustFX 1HP Wall-Mount Dust Collector with HEPA filtration, is designed to be a powerful, space-saving dust collection solution for small shops or dedicated application settings. With versatility in mind, this unit features a custom rigid steel, triangle wall-mount system allowing the machine to be mounted up off the floor to minimize use of needed floor space. A very specific use is mounted to CNC stands/enclosures for added simplicity of dust collection, incorporated right at the machine.
At the heart of the CWI-DC100-WM is a TEFC industrial-duty 1 HP motor (11.5 amp / 110V), delivering reliable, continuous operation. Its reversible motor and inlet configuration allow flexible hose direction (up or down), making it adaptable to a wide range of shop layouts. With an impressive airflow rating of 700 CFM at just 74 decibels, it provides powerful dust extraction while maintaining a comfortable working environment.
Performance meets precision with a spin-balanced 9” steel impeller, carefully shielded from dust for longevity and smooth operation. The system is equipped with a HEPA H13 canister filter, capturing 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns and 100% of particles .5 micron and larger, ensuring exceptionally clean air in your workspace.
Maintenance is quick and efficient thanks to the manual filter cleaning handle with flapper system, while the reusable cloth lower collection bag—complete with a convenient viewing window—makes monitoring dust levels easy. With a generous 57-litre dust capacity and a standard 4” main dust inlet, this collector is built to handle demanding tasks with ease.
